S3R3 Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support business recruitment, retention, and pipeline development within the West Plains Airport Area.

This role works directly with the Executive Director and plays a visible role in advancing capital investment and job creation efforts. The position combines disciplined outreach, CRM-driven pipeline management, and active industry engagement.

Details include:

  • Full-Time - Exempt

  • Salary: $75,000–$95,000

  • Travel: Approx. 5 days per month

  • Reports to: Executive Director

  • First Review: March 20, 2026

  • Location: Spokane County, WA
